I just had my top and bottom eyeliner done by Shelby, and I cannot recommend her enough. I’ve had eyeliner tattooed before, so I’m coming from an experienced customer, and this was a completely different (and better) experience. Shelby made sure I was comfortable, numb, and okay every single step of the way.
