This was my first experience with brain spotting and I absolutely loved it. Ellia is a wonderful coach who takes the time to really listen and takes her time to explore and really get to the root of things that we’re bothering me that I had never thought of before. She is very therapeutic and meticulous with her coaching. Would definitely recommend to feel less anxious and be able to release negative energy.
