Waited on hold for 15 min then tried back again to wait on hold for another 30 min. No one answered. Impossible to get ahold of anyone!
Can NEVER return a call and when you do get someone on the phone, that forget about you.

Services include reproductive health care (pap tests, breast exams, contraceptives, pregnancy testing, STD testing and treatment); prenatal care; other medical services (driver’s license physicals, employment physicals and drug screening); education programs (school, community, civic group, business presentations, parenting classes and tobacco cessation programs) and the WIC (women, infants and children) program to provide nutrition education and nutritious foods. Currently over 52,000 visits each year are provided by Lebanon Family Health Services to over 15,000 individuals in Lebanon County.
