We visited for a drop in while in town and had a great time!
Amazing place to train!! The coaches are incredibly patient and take the time to teach proper technique, no matter your fitness level. From your very first class everyone is friendly and welcoming making it easy to feel comfortable.
I was nervous about starting CrossFit due to my age and injuries but the team at CFS are amazing as they scale/adjust the workouts to your level, accommodate any physical limitations and very friendly atmosphere!
