When I was in highschool and going through some things my mom would drag me to different places hoping they could help. By the time I met Jassmen I was sick of it and though the whole thing was a waste of time, but she was really patient and understanding. Jassmen taught me a lot about overcoming the stuff that was burdening me and making sense of my emotions. Now that I'm more grown up,I look back and see how impactful our sessions were and I'm so grateful for it.

I had the pleasure of working with Jassmen for a few months. This was my first experience with therapy and I was a bit unsure and ambivalent at first. But Jassmen created a warm, safe, and supportive environment that made this a very positive experience. Jassmen was able to meet me where I was, and was flexible with us changing directions as needed. I highly recommend her especially if you are new to therapy.
